Flowchart like software

I'm looking for some soft ware that I can use to map the connections in a server room. I'm working as an IT at a new business. The server room was connected by about 15 different companies and I need to map what connects to what so when there is a problem I know what connects to what. Any ideas on what kind of software I could use?
