you can buy a 64 bit OEM version from a place like Newegg, buy a retail version of home premium and follow instructions on the included card to get 64 bit HP for about $10 extra, or buy Vista ultimate that has both 32 bit and 64 bit in one package.

Yeah, inside the retail packages of home premium there is a card with instructions for getting the 64 bit DVD. You go to the web address on the card, enter your info and pay a "nominal" shipping charge and it'll be in the mail to you in a few business days.
