I'd like to know what the best program for overclocking within windows is?

Here are a couple of programs I've run into:
SysTool - http://www.techpowerup.com/systool/
ClockGen - http://www.cpuid.com/clockgen.php

However, I haven't found much input on how good each one is, nor have I found any other options. So any input, suggestions, or recommendations are welcomed.

Also, what's a good program to use for monitoring temperatures? (CPU, GPU, etc.)

Thanks ahead of time for any assistance.

Give us a rundown of what you are trying to overclock? We can better help then.

Personally I like to just skip the software and change the BIOS settings and then run some stress tests. Nvidia has nTune but i dunno if i am a fan of that for CPU overclocking.

Some MB manufactures have there own programs. I personally used Abit's uGuru to find the stable settings and then changed it on the BIOS. These programs usually bundle with monitoring programs.

Here is some info on my setup:

Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 @ 2.4Ghz (Zalman 9500 CPU Fan)
ASUS P5W DH Deluxe
ASUS Radeon X1900XTX (Stock GPU Fan and Heatsink)
2GB Corsair XMS2-6400 Pro Series
150GB Raptor 10,000RPM 16MB Cache
400GB Seagate Barracuda 7,200RPM 16MB Cache

I'm looking to overclock my CPU and GPU.

I plan on using Prime95 to stress test my CPU once I overclock it, unless there is something better someone could recommend?

Oc the CPU through the BIOS and OC the graphics with the ATI Tool.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking initially. But I was curious to see if there was any consensus on other overclocking programs. I'll stick to the BIOS and ATI Tool then.

Also, is there a good windows base program for monitoring temperatures?
