how to uninstall windows xp

ok i finally fixed my last problem
but now i have a new one
i want to unistall my current operating system
i did not upgrade
so i cannot go to add/remove programs
also
i cannot access bios and boot from cd first

lastly when i go to cmd
and do the whole osuninst.exe
it gives me an error saying
something like necessarry registration information is missing
i really need someone to help fix this error message

You can't uninstall your operating system if you are using it (bit like trying to pull the carpet from under your feet while standing on it )

Why can't you get into the BIOS ?
If you have a floppy drive in your PC then use this method.
