ok i finally fixed my last problem
but now i have a new one
i want to unistall my current operating system
i did not upgrade
so i cannot go to add/remove programs
also
i cannot access bios and boot from cd first

lastly when i go to cmd
and do the whole osuninst.exe
it gives me an error saying
something like necessarry registration information is missing
i really need someone to help fix this error message

or alternatively, when setting up your new OS just delete the partition and remake and format. (Just make sure that you have backed up all your Data)

Just do a clean install of Windows off the CD and when asked, format the partition you're installing Windows on. Unlike Poonam I always do a full format rather than a quick. I've had problems reinstalling after a quick format and I've never had a reason to undo a format. If you have more than one drive, disconnect the one's your not installing Windows on and reconnect after Windows is installed. Definitely back up your data.
