I haven't had this problem... but I have had some issues when coming out of sleep mode. Specifically my mouse won't work... even after unplugging and whatnot.

My solution: don't use sleep mode. LOL.

I know you're not asking me, but I'm using the same driver you are. However, I have a 8800 GTX.

You'll be happy to know that I found a solution to your problem... sort of:

http://forums.nvidia.com/lofiversion/index.php?t26830.html

are you haveing this problem too? because i was thinking of getting a 8800GTS anyway?

This is a known problem for ASUS boards with the NVidia chipset. I have no idea if other manufacturers have the same issue with NVidia. Check the ASUS forums for fixes and workarounds - apparently it is different from m/b to m/b.
