This XP question probably won't be answered
Last response: in Windows XP
First off, what so different about the NTFS 5.1 file system in WinXP? They used NTFS 5 in win 2K so I wanna know what the .1 is. Also I have wondered what file system oems are using on thier machines. Are they sticking with FAT32 for the time beign or are they pushing this new NTFS 5.1 system? I hear the NTFS system is overall better than FAT32 ut have yet to try it personally.

Well, most of yer NTFS questions can be answered on www.microsoft.com, other on oem sites (whichever you are interested in), this is hardware site, not software as far as I know... just dont want to bother repeat 101 NTFS-FAT32 stuff, which was written somewhere, again.
