So I'm looking to do a new build. Please let me know what you guys think.

ASUS P5B Deluxe LGA 775 Intel P965 Express ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail

Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 Conroe 2.4GHz LGA 775 Processor Model BX80557E6600 - Retail

Patriot eXtreme Performance 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model PDC22G6400LLK - Retail

XFX PVT73GUGF3 GeForce 7600GT 256MB GDDR3 PCI Express x16 Video Card - Retail
I'm not a big gamer at ALL, don't need anything crazy.

RAIDMAX Hybrid 2 RX-530SS ATX12V 530W Power Supply - Retail

Also a 300GB SATA HDD that I have and a SATA DVD Burner. Do you guys think that this 530 W PSU is enough? I really want something modular to keep down clutter.

Never attempted OCing before but I figure that the C2D is a great place to start. I was thinking something mild like 2.8 GHz for day to day (400x7) so then I could have a 1:1 with the RAM. Am I correct in thinking this?

I've been reading through numerous guides. But please feel free to give any tips if you guys have any personal experience with these components.
