Will this PSU going to fit perfectly in my Case?????

hi i have 400W AOpen PSU and my system Specs are


Motherboard : Asus A8N32 SLI - Deluxe
CPU : AMD ATHLON 64 X2 Dual Core +4400 @2.21Ghz - 2MB L2 Cache
Cpu Cooler : Zalman CNPS9500 LED
Graphics Card: XFX GTS 8800 640MB
Ram : 1GB (one Stick) Corsair PC 3200 (Model No : vs1GB400C3)
Keyboard: Trantula Razer Gaming Keyboard
Mouse : Logitech G7 Gaming Mouse
LCD: Benq 19 inch
MousePad : Xtrac Ripper XXL
WebCam : Logitech QuickCam Ultra Vision Special Edition
PowerSupply : Aopen 400watt

i am intending to upgrade my PSU to this model

my psu which is inside my case look exactly as what it appears in this picture(as u can see there is a little space outside the psu from all sides)

also another question...shall i worry about the differences in electricity systems as 50Hrtz/220v or 60Hrtz/110v since i am living in united arab emirates and going to order it from USA???

Yes not all PSUs have the switch. Many now days are able to make that adjustment on it's own. So just make sure you have the correct power cable for you area and you should be all set.

Isn't shipping going to be a bit high?

do u mean the power cord which has two pins and the other one which has three pins that go to the wall from the psu??

and how can i know the correct one?

about the cost of shipping ...yes its gonna cost some extra money....
the psu is in USA and i am living in United Arab Emirates in Dubai City..but i am already subscribed to Aramex's Shop & Ship Service which makes me have a USA mailbox that i can send stuff i buy from Amazon to....then they gonna send it to (UAE) me when it reached my mailbox in USA.

for example it costs around 193$ but with shipping and everything it will be around 230$ in total

the two black power cords (one for screen and the other for my current power supply)
in the wall one for my DSL modem and the other for the power extention
