I hope this is the correct forum, please move if it isn't, sorry :(

Hi, I'm having a lot of trouble with this setup.

Ideally, what I want is for the modem to run in half-bridge mode and pass the external IP address through to the WRT (that's running Tomato firmware) and let the WRT do all the routing, with the Zoom X3 just dealing with connecting to the internet.

However, when I place the X3 into Half-Bridge mode, whilst the WRT picks up the external IP address, it can't see the modem, and therefore I can't connect to the internet.

Currently I have the X3 running without half-bridge mode on and it's passing 10.0.0.4 through to the WRT which allows me to access the internet from PCs plugged into the WRT, it just doesn't allow me to forward ports properly as the X3 is trying to do that and doesn't do a very good job :(

Does anyone else have a similar hardware setup? Or can anyone offer any advice on how to set these up properly?

I've been asking around on various boards but nobody seems to be able to provide any help :(

Up until last week I was running the WRT along side a Safecom SAMR-4112 (which died) in half-bridge mode and that worked perfectly, so I don't think it's my router that's at fault :/

Many thanks for any help or advice that you may be able to offer :)
