More Information

Well, a little while ago we got a new computer and in setting it up i was absent so my mother (not very tech savvy) did but in doing so never made back up disk, so theres no way to put everything back to normal.

Around a month ago i tried to do a system restore, but it was turned off, i was not sure how it got turned off but anyway i turned it back on, a week later i tried to see if it worked and it was turned off again!! is there any reason it keeps shutting off???

Thanks in advance.
