Howdy all,
I have parts arriving tomorrow for a new build. I have built a few systems over the past few years but I am trying some new stuff this time around, and haven't been following tech as closely as I would like. I am looking for general comments and/or potential problem area identification. Thanks in advance.. here is the build:

There are a few things I'd do differently but nobody can really knock your choices. They'll work very well together, and you'll have one heckuva rig. Good job!

I'm always looking for good opinions/ideas, if you are willing, post up what you would have done differently.. If I had to guess I would say:
E6600 instead of E6700
3-4 250GB drives instead of 2 250's and a 500
Antec P180 or 900 instead of the SLK3000B
Out of ideas after that, maybe different memory and cooler?

Good guesses!! :)  Yea, pretty much. But that's also some personal preference obviously, so like I said can't knock your choices, they are good.

I'd have gone with a Thermalright HSF, a different case, 6600, better PSU like a Seasonic 650w, and passed on the sound card. But what you've chosen is good.
