I have Comcast hdtv and just bought tivo. With the standard cable
configuration, my hdtv signal is toast---coming in analog.

How do I fix? Comcast requires it box for HDTV (I have premium channels in
HDTV), so splitting and going directly to the tv won't work. I don't care
about recording in HDTV, but want to watch live TV with it.
