Site Filtering

Ok so Im getting ready 2 build a computer for my mom and she is wanting be able 2 filter out bad sites. Now I know windows xp does this but it sucks so I am wondering what is a good program that filters which sites can be viewed and which cant.

Im not sure if its what ur looking for but you may want to check out Peerguardian2.
