Vista driver problem, can anyone help?

I am trying to install a LAN driver for my motherboard and i keep getting an incompatible operating system message. The latest drivers I could find from the Asus website were for XP. Has anyone else run into this problem? How did u fix it? Thanks.

I have tried both the install disc that came with my mobo and drivers from the asus website.

Try rebooting, hitting F8, like you were trying to go to safe mode, and select Disable Driver Signatures. Maybe you have the driver installed but isn't a MS Signed driver.
