installer error

I went to install Adobe Reader and got the following message:

The Temp folder is on a drive that is full or is inaccessible. Free up space on the drive or verify that you have permission on the Temp folder.

Now my Temp folders are not full and my UAC is turned off.

Please help!

right click>properties, 2nd tab 'compatibility' tick 'run as admin' should fix it.
