Right now the little computer icon is going no stop and I have no idea what is using the bandwidth but it's lagging me in CS:S.

Does anyone know a program or (built in) utility to monitor and discover what is using the internet?

you firewall does not do that?

No, windows firewall doesn't do that ;)

fyi, don't use windows firewall search for sygate pro 5.6 and use that instead ;)
