hello and thank you in advance

im having a problem with motherboard k9n neo,

amd athlon 64 x2, 3800+
buffallo ddr2 1gb - 533
video gforce 2 mx400 64mg

it starts normal but when it starts to load windows it restarts.

cant figure out whats wrong , pls help mee

not necessarily the motherboard bud.

could be a few other options; HDD failure, PSU unit bad, corruption installation of windows.... etc etc. are you able to boot into windows under any other way? i.e. safe mode at all?

ok had to installl windows from 0, now it works but ehternet and audio wont work. :x
