which is better Bitdefender or Kaspersky? And do I firewall

Ok, I have Vista 32bit Ultimate and my AT&T Antivirus isn't compatable with Vista. So which Antivirus is better Bitdefender or Kaspersky? And do I need Firewall? I currently have Spysweeper by Webroot but I've read on CNET that the Webroot Antivirus isn't very good. So after some research of Vista approved Antivirus programs I think I'm down to Bitdefender or Kaspersky. Anyone use these before?

If you can choose kaspersky.
IMHO the firewall provided with vista is good

I have both lisence AV for Bitdefender 2009 and Kaspersky 2009. I prefered Kaspersky because when I install the Bitdefender the Windows security for Vista did not support the Malware protection for my computer. Can anybody knows what is the problem? please help me....
