Graphicscard and Vista premium

I recently purchased Microsoft Vista Home Premium and I use a 7800GS 512Mb graphicscard. I'm about to buy a new computer and I don't need the firepower I use now. Was thinking about buying a 7600GS Silentpipe 512Mb instead.

Now I need to know if this will affect my desktop using such as Office, watching movies and general moving in Vista Home Premium. Iäm upgrading my processor from AMD64 X2 3800+ to a 4200/4600+ and DDR2 memory. Everything else stays.

For a basic vista computer, (very limited games etc) a 7300gt will do. It runs vista Aero fine and is really cheap.
