Ok im new at messing with my BIOS. I have just build a comp.

ASUS P5N-E SLI LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 650i SLI ATX Intel Motherboard
Intel Core 2 Duo E4300 Allendale 1.8GHz LGA 775
G.SKILL 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual
GeForce 8800GTS 320MB GDDR3 PCI Express

Now I want to OC my Processer when I can figgure out how. But im worried about my RAM atm. I think its the Duel thats messing with me. It shows 5-5-5-20 1:2 800 in my BIOS I belive. Its supposed to be 4-4-4-12. Now Do I set it to 400 or 800, and is it 1:1 or 1:2.

Im starting to think its 4-4-4-10 400 1:1
and it would be 800 1:2.
Thinking it might be the same thing.

Im having some skipping on some games an with my set up I dont think that should be happening very often.

In the bios it should be set at 800. But in Windows if you're using a program like CPU-Z it would read 400. (double the data rate)

However if you're getting pauses and glitches I would advise a performance test of some sort before actually using it at your specs.
