Hi my friends computer (Dimesnion desktop 4500) broke down and ive done everything i thought of fixing it. When its plugged in and u press the power button the LED light is Orange. no fans or anything juts a orange light, i thought that maybe it was in a messed up standby or hibernation so i took the HDD out and plugged it into mine and found the hiberfil.sys I removoed it. Still nothing si i tryed reseting the CMOS. Both with the pin switching and removing the battery. I think the issue is with the motherboard. Any ideas?

I'd try a different power supply...
