Move iTunes library to different HD

I am moving all my mp3's to a different hard drive, but I dont want to lose all my itunes data, like date added, song rating, etc.

How can I do this without losing all that stuff?

I know i could manually edit the xml itunes database with the new drive letter but there is also something called itunes library.itl and i dont know how to edit that or even if editing both of them will be enough.
