ASUS P5N32-E SLI vs. GIGABYTE GA-965P-DS3

Aside from SLI, what are the diferences, and which would you pick? Use ranges from CAD to race driving simulator (GT Legends/GTR2). I've read that performance video is easier with a single video card than it is with dual cards. I've OC'd video and would like to try with a mobo, probably the E6600 now that prices have dropped.

The DS3 seems like a better buy to me. It is what I would go with.
