It's a factory overclocked card (KO in evga-ese) with a different fan/heatsink(ACS3 in evga-ese). I don't think it's any better than any other factory OC'd card like the BFG. Certainly it's better (if by better you mean faster as opposed to better value) than stock GTXs or GTSs.
