Simple secruity scan question

Is there any reason, if your CPU can handle it, not to run multiple security scans at once? Namely, a-squared, AVG, and Ad-Aware SE?

Security programs do not play nicely together, which is why you never run more than one antivuirs or firewall at a time and should only run one program at a time.
