have an area 51 system that came with a windows home sp2 version 2002 disc. it states on it for distribution with a new pc only. im rebuilding this rig in such a way that almost everything has changed or been updated. is this against oem rules? :?:

According to the Microsoft EULA, you can change everything except the motherboard unless it goes bad.
