Nothing is bad but maybe there are better choices depending on your plans. The 650i motherboards are fine, if you want to O/C and need SLI. Otherwise you don't need to pay that much. Go with a 965P chipset.
Is there a reason you choice those MB sizes? I will usually go with one small and one big drive. MOre like 80/160 GB then a 500 GB. Not a big deal.
Is there a reason for 2 DVD-burners?

will you end up needing a 700w psu, that seems like a little overkill to me. and maybe go for the e6420 over the e6400

His typical draw will be about 300W. You want a PSU about 2X your max draw in order to get the best efficiency. This is because PSUs have the best effiency typically at 50% of max load. His optimal PSU would be about 600W, so its only a little over. Other things to think about in PSUs are fans and fan controllers optimized for low noise (Seasonic, for example). Lower rated PSUs have fewer fans so you will get less noise.
