Computer selection opinion

Hello,
I am thinking of purchasing a new computer. Not being a computer person I need help. The computer is a Visionary I6090W - Intel Dual Core E6500, nVidia GT 220 1GB Graphics w/ HDMI, 4GB DDR2 800, GigaLAN, 750GB HDD, DVD�R/RW Writer, Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. Would this be an acceptable computer for everyday home use, and if so is the ram/processor decent on this unit.

Should be fine for web browsing, text editing, music/HD video playback. Just won't play 3D games or video editing well.
