My specs: Dell, Intel Pentium 4 2.8ghz,1.5g ram.
I just bought Radeon 1650PRO(512mb,agp) to replace my old Radeon 9800PRO and now my comp always popping a message saying that my voltage is low, so i bought a new Power Supply

and the god damn message still coming out ! Is this power supply not good enough to hold this video card ? If so, can you please give me an advice on power supply ? which model or something cause i dont know nothing about it and dont want to waste more money on it. I would really appreciate your help.

What does the pakaging, or on the side say about the 12volt output?

Thanx mPilch, I dont delve into psu's like you, and Id never heard of dynex. Now if it were enermax, pc&c...
