Which graphics card for Company of Heroes?

If I wanted to run company of Heroes at 1280x720 with every option set to it's highest and the model detail set to max, what is the cheapest graphics card would let me do that?

And if wanted to run the game at 1920x1080 with every setting maxed out, again what is the cheapest graphics card that would do the job adequately?

My budget is as cheap as possible

My current system is a Gallatin 3.4 OC'd to 3.74 / 2GB RAM, but this probably a bit long in the tooth now and will need replacing, so I am in the process of speccing up a new system hence after a graphics card that will be able to run CoH in 720P with everything maxed out, and wouldn't mind finding out what cards will be able to run it at 1080P maxed out too.

you would need at the very least an e6600 and a 8800gts. coh benefits from high processor clock speeds so build ur rig around the idea of overclocking.

I just played COH all the way through on an Nforce 4 Ultra chipset, X2 3800 @ stock 2.0 Ghz, 2Gb of Patriot low latency ram, and a 7900GT slightly overclocked to 510 and 1450 core/ram. I turned everything up to max settings and enabled AA but not sure what it was set at because I forgot to look and it ran beautifully at 1280 x 1024. Both cores were showing about 80% utilization but who cares....its still doing its job without any overclocking. I hope that helps.
