Ok, I posted another thread in the Mobile section cause I am having graphic stability issues on my new laptop.

Summary: In-Game FPS goes from 60 to 30 every couple of frames making is unplayable.

Anyways, doing everything I knew how, disabling UAC, Indexing, Power Savings to performance, etc... I narrowed my problem or atleast helped the situation... dwm.exe.

I know Destop Windows Manager is for Aero, well I disabled ALL of Aero's functions cause all they do is eat resources. So I pulled up Task Manager and started trimming programs, this one by FAR helped my situation, the problem is, every couple of minutes, it automatically gets turned back on. Does anyone know how to make it stay off until manually turned on?
