Anyone Familar with the RCA 61" DLP models that can answer some questions or
point to me some documentation on the service menu?

Actually the absolute BEST Documentation would be found in the Thomson
Service Literature available on CD with a subscription to Thomson Service
Literature via their corporate site, That way all the required information
to service your set, inclusive of the Technical Service Menu you refer to is
available.
