Looking at the Gigabyte GA-M57SLI-S4 with A-DATA 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)

Will it work? and will it also work with GIGABYTE GA-965P-DS3 (rev. 1.3)?

You might give Gigabyte support an email request and ask. I sent an email support queston to A Data and they answered the next day. I use the A Data successfully on three different boards. The ASUS P5B Deluxe and also an ASUS P5B-VM DO and it works fine on an ASUS P5LD2-VM 945 also. The RAM works and you can't beat the price especially if you need a couple of GB's around to troubleshoot. It would not run at 4-4-4-12 on the two 965 boards, but did on the 945 board.
