Hey

I replaced the LCD on my laptop. When I turn it on it works fine for a second and then the backlight goes out after five or so minutes. The person I bought it from says its because I replaced a UXGA with an XGA AND the graphics card is confused. The bios says everything is fine. I say the monitor is bad. Can someone help me out.

THanks,
Brian
