It appears my processor is a bit hot... but the fan RPMs are not too high either.
Anyway, basically, how are the temperatures? I want to overclock my AMD 3200 Winchester but obviously I will not be able to if temperatures are already a bit dodgey.

Your temps are good for up to 65degrees celcius.After that you will deffinately have issues.I would however recommend getting an aftermarket hsf setup as it will probably drop your temps a few degrees.At which point you can overclock to your hearts content.Try a self contained water cooling system like the coolermaster mini R/120,I've been running one for a few months now and am satisfied with my temps.See below for system specs.Goodluck.

are those load or idle temperatures?

if they are load then you have some room to OC but 55 is the reccomended limit for 24/7 use.
My 3000+ newcastle @2.4 runs at 46-48 with a zalman 9700 and the included TIM.
