Hi,
I recently bought a HX4700. MSN was installed and I was using it quite
happily for a few days.
I went to sign in one time and I got a message saying that the service
failed because "the service is temporarily unavailable".

Since then I just get the same message each time and I cannot sign in from
my ppc.
I've been to the ppc msm webpage and to activate the service Microsoft want
£11.99 or something like that.

What I'd like to know is, do Microsoft allow a trial period to use msn on a
new ppc and then want you to pay for it, or should it be working still and
the problem lies with the ppc?

Any help would be very much appreciated

Cheers
Biff

Biff,

The Mobile MSN is a paid service. I believe they do give a trial period as
well but once it is done, you have to pay to continue to use it.

Regards,

I am curious. what advantage does Mobile MSN offer? Seems to me that it
is a bit pricey considering you can access MSN on the web for free. I
have read about it but I don't see the point in buying. Perhaps. I am
missing something?
