Answering this question requires a question.

Are you trying to put an invisible copyright notice in or do you want to watermark every frame to keep someone stealing portions of your work?

If all you need is a simple copyright notice is it okay to just composit in something?

For example, a simple way to do this is to create a transparant frame with some text (such as an elipsis ...) or a copyright notice and position it in some location on the frame that isn't obvious. Make the duration of the compositied image short enough and it won't be noticed, but you'll know it's there and you'll be able to find it if you look.

Just thought I'd ask...

For putting watermark to video I use VidLogo by geovid. There can do it very simple. I like this prog because it works very fine for me and also I can convert my video files to other video files format.

I like <a href="http://www.videocharge.com/Products/wm/wm_details.php">Watermark Master</a>. Excellent soft for a reasonable price.
