Hi All. I'm about to order the parts for my first build and being a total noob I hope you pros will take a look and point out any mistakes. I'm going to be using this mostly for gaming (BF2142 and WoW). I probably wont go SLI on this setup but I do plan on some minor overclocking. ANY feedback positive or other is appreciated.

That is a nicer setup than the case I got. I don't do windows but your case opens on the normal side.
The rest of your parts are excellent. As long as you only mildly overclock the stock will work ok, unless you feel it is too loud. Make sure you have enough fans, I would just fill all the holes and you should be fine.

i am by no means a pro, but i don't see any EXPLOSIVELY TERMINALLY TERRIBLE things wrong with the build from the looks of it. i hope you enjoy your new comp :D
