after a virus killed my boot files (xp mediacenter 2005), and blocked access to recovery console, i had to use a system restore disk. i didnt want to risk wiping out all my data on a 200 gig hd, so i added a second hard drive (4gig) and "recovered" system on that drive.
when i booted, and accessed my orig hd, most od the data was still ther, however all the windows/os/boot files are gone. in disk management
the added hd is now the "healthy system/boot" drive, and original drive is "healthy pagefile" drive.

QUESTION: HOW CAN I MAKE MY ORIGINAL DRIVE THE BOOT DRTIVE AGAIN? WHEN I TRY TO MOVE WINDOWS AND SYSTEM FILES, SOME GIVE "CANT BE MOVED...IN USE..NO ACCESS" ETC. IF I DO A NEW INSTALL OR RECOVER ON ORIGIAL, I LOSE ALL UPDATES AND PAGE FILE ETC., AND NO ROOM TO BAKUP 100+GIGS ON ADDED DRIVE!

HELP ANYONE!!!!!!
