VOB to wmv PC

I need to convert VOB to WMV, but I also need to select what size the output file will be, And, I do not want to have to do each VOB at a time, creating multible out put files that now need to be merged> you know what i mean, the dvds i have are mine, there is no scence selection, the disks have 3 o 4 vob files, i just want to create a wmv out of the dvd and not have to merg files and all that crap, could someone please tell me what software will do this, im having a hell of a time.. thank you!
