You may be right with that, since Ive heard the 88 ultra quoted from 829 to 999, Thats a small market. Especially when you can CF 2 2900's with what I ve read, some pretty nice performance

the only point of the Ultra is true e-peen...that and the fact you have a grand to blow on a Videocard...

March 2nd will be a day full of information :D..hopefully

the 8800 ultra actually launches in a couple days, but we wont see any till mid may, and AMD said its full dx10 lineup (minus the 2900xtx) will release mid may, which makes 2-3 weeks about right.

So has AMD/ATI officially said the 2900XTX is delayed/dead. I know dailytech or someone like that said they talked to an anonymous source saying that, but I only trust official press releases or real evidence.
