Cooler for socket 478

Well... after waiting a month or so for the Arctic cooler I realised that I need to look at other options. Here are the choices I found in my price range:
1. Zalman CNPS7000
2. Thermaltake cl-p0019 (fanless)
3. Jet Motor™ CPU Cooler For P4

I've got P4 2.8 (Prescott) @3.15
and Abit AI7 @ FSB 225

The most importent thing is noise level though I need my system to be stable at these setting. Is any of this good? I'm from Israel so unless it's from there a link to a good deal won't help me.

My price range is 80-120 NIS which is about 20-30$ US

The Zalman CNPS7000 should do a great job. It's fairly quiet and cools well.

Thanks, that's the one I thought will be the best choice. I guess I'll buy it tomorrow (unless the store where I ordered the AC will have the unit already - if not I'm done believing them).

I've bought and installed the Zalman 7000 AlCu today and it is quite but the tempeture stayed the same I don't know why... should I have use a different thermal grease (I don't realy know the one provided by Zalman but I used it anyway)?
