user account problem

ive created 5 user accounts on winxp. All log to the desktop but mine. it hangs when you click on the account icon, where it says 'loading your personal settings'. Once it shows that message it wont go any further.

What can be done to solve this ?

Probably be easiest to log on as another user with Admin privileges, delete that account, and create a new one.
