Looking for a MB for my AMD 64 x2 dual-core 3800+

Hi I have a AMD 64 x2 dual-core 3800+ (65w) and was looking for a mobo. I might overclock in the future, but not as of right now so some simple overclocking options would be nice, but not 100% necessary. I'm trying to spend under $120ish. Considering these, but am totally open to suggestions....

EVGA 122-M2-NF59-TR

BIOSTAR TFORCE 550

ASUS M2A-MVP

But once again i'm open to any suggestions.

Other parts I've purchased for this new computer:
Video Card - SAPPHIRE Radeon X1950GT
PSU - Antec NeoHE 550W

The EVGA and Biostar boards are nice. I've heard far too many bad things about ASUS lately to suggest it to anyone, especially if you want to OC.

I'm leaning towards the BIOSTAR TFORCE 550 unless someone else has a suggestion or comments
