It depends.......what your case airflow is like, your ambient temps, if your CPU is overclocked, etc.
As a good example, I've just finished upgrading to a watercooling setup....smaller pump, but no GPU blocks......and my temps have dropped 11C idle / 21C load. And that's from a good aftermarket air heatsink on the CPU.
I'd say that's pretty darn good
