Ok so I have a few old movies that I really want to get off my old camcorder. I saw there was a Plextor PVR usb device on newegg with a $30 rebate last night but the rebate ended the 30th. AND IT WAS 12:30am the first. I litereally missed the rebate by 30 minutes. DANG IT. it would have cost $10 plus shipping after rebate.

My question is. What is a good device that I can use to move a few videos off my camcoder tapes to my PC. They don't have to be TOP quality but watchable without having to drag out my old video recorder and hooking it up. It is a drag to do this and I do not have a dvd recorder because I don't watch much TV.

Any ideas or advice?
