GeForce Ti400

Setting up older computer for grandkids. KT4Ultra mb. GeForceTi400 Graphics card
Win XP.
The Fan on the graphics card isn't working. Is this a driver issue? Is the Fan replacable? Any idea what'll happen if I just leave it as is?

sounds like the fan is out.
could be a bad connection but doubtful.

it is possible to replace the fan. and pretty easy too.

if you run it like it is, it will likely mess-up, run hot, and croak later-on
down the road.

Double check the fan connector to make sure it is securely connected. However, it is likely that the fan has died.

No such thing as a Ti400....

There is a GeForce 3, a Geforce 3 Ti200, Geforce 3 Ti500.

Then the only other "Ti" cards were Geforce 4s, and these used a 4 digit number starting with 4, i.e. 4200, 4400, 4600, 4800
