Will USB 2 Make a Difference? Tags: Performance USB Peripherals Last response: July 19, 2002 5:36 AM in Computer Peripherals Share Kam_Sheffield July 19, 2002 5:06:51 AM I have been video capturing with a USB capture device. I want to get alittle bit more performance out of it. Will putting a USB 2 card in my computer speed up my older USB components? Or will they run the same? Thanks, Kam Sheffield More about : usb make difference orbz July 19, 2002 5:36:01 AM Nope, your old usb 1.1 will still work but not at usb 2.0 speeds unless they are made for usb 2.0. So they will run the same. :frown:     - What do you want to feel today? Can't find your answer ? Ask ! Publish Related resources: ForumBuying USB speakers.
