Well I try to defrag the OS partition and 3 files remain untouched, and I still see a mess of lines (like you do before you defrag)
 
Any suggestions?

If your using Windows' defrag, this seems to be normal.  There are defrag programs out there but I have no idea how good they are.  I'd do a lot of research before using one of these programs as well as back up my data on another drive because if something gets screwed up, you're likely looking at formatting the entire drive
